Biographical / Historical

Oxfam Campaigner was the quarterly newsletter of the Oxfam Campaigning Network. In Winter 1999 the numbering system changed, with the chronological 'No.' becoming 'Issue'. There was no No. 22 ever produced. There are two issues numbered 28 – this was a printing error and the Autumn 1998 newsletter should have been numbered 29.
