- Four notebooks containing field notes on the crowned eagle, made in Kenya at Molo, 1957, and Karen, 1959-1972

- Personal flying log book, 1956-1963, with student pilot's licence (1956), private pilot's licence (1957), two maps of Kenya (1942-1943), and notes on flying procedures (n.d.)
- Arms and ammunition licence, issued in Bombay, 1960
- Season shooting licence, Nilgiri Game Association, 1960
- Membership card, certificate and proof of payment relating to life membership of the Wild Life Preservation Society of Northern India, 1961
- Membership card, South African Ornithological Society, 1962
- Ethiopian identity card, 1964, and drivers licence, 1965
- Envelope containing press cuttings (reviews of Birds and I and a single cutting about the protection of rare birds), 1947-1948
