'Lucii Annei Flori Punica, publicis Prælectionibus illustrata a Degoræo Whear ... MDCXLIIII', dedicated to dr. Thomas Clayton, M.D. This is a commentary on Florus's Epitoma, i. 18 (=ii. 1-2), 22 (=ii. 6) and 31 (=ii. 15), which deal with the three Punic Wars.
The work is in three parts, see pp. 71, 159, and the first two parts were dr. Whear's 154th-160th, 162nd-193rd lectures as Camden professor in the University of Oxford, beginning on Oct. 21, 1631.
