Miscellaneous collections made for or by Browne Willis for his Notitia Parliamentaria (1715-50) and for his proposed 'Catalogue of ... the Members of the several Parliaments', of which a printed prospectus is prefixed, dated 1747; roughly arranged in alphabetical order of counties. There are many letters addressed to him about the work, as:

  3. Others from A. Hall, 27 Oct. 1715 (fol. 23)

  5. William Cartwright of Aynho, 1 Apr. 1749 (fol. 28)
  6. Several from Michael Peach 1714/5--15 (fol. 171)
  7. Two from dr. Richard Newton, 1715 (fol. 255)
  8. Six from Rich. Forster, 1716 (fol. 339)

There are also original petitions from Dorchester to parliament, 24 June 1604, on parchment but without seal (fol. 229), and from Corfe Castle to sir John Hobart, 10 Mar. 1603/4 (fol. 230), a Scudamore pedigree (fol. 532), 'an ichnographical plan of part of ... Hasting ...', 1734, by S. Cant (fol. 433), etc.
