Campaigns packs were produced to inform and persuade supporters about a particular issue, and to support campaigning action. They contained materials such as factsheets, briefings, photographs, news articles and publicity materials including posters and flyers. These were produced centrally by Oxfam, unless otherwise stated.

Campaigns packs were originally distributed in clear plastic wallets, but these have been removed for conservation reasons.
