Folder of printed and mimeographed papers sent by C. Elwood to Lugard on 10 October 1926 concerned with meetings of the League of Nations Assembly and Council, at which the question of slavery and the League's responsibility for inquiring into it were considered, together with the practical means by which this could be achieved.
