  4. File 4, fols. 1-96 and items 1-3: Document 99, consisting of later material concerned with the same inquiry, including the speech by the Belgian socialist leader, Vandervelde, in the Belgian Parliament on 14 June 1932, with related correspondence and a letter from Frederik van Langenhove, 1932.
