Information of sir Jeffery Palmer, attorney-general, to the lord high treasurer and barons of the exchequer, A.D. 1661, desiring them to issue processes to such persons as had not accounted for the tithes appropriate, oblations, etc. collected since the year 1642, the profits of which were by act of parliament settled and vested in the King.
