The arguments exhibited by the lord keeper in parliament, proving that noblemen’s persons be attachable for contempts committed by them in the court of chancery; delivered on occasion of an attachment awarded out of the same court against the lord Cromwell for disobeying a decree of the court, in the case of one Taverner plaintiff, and the said lord Cromwell defendant.
