A series of Miscellaneous Autograph Letters, largely of English persons of note, of the eighteenth and the first half of the nineteenth centuries, arranged alphabetically, with a few engraved portraits: chiefly collected by W. Wilson. The chief items are:

- Newton, sir Isaac, signature, March 29, 1720/1 (fol. 10).
- Noble, Mark, two, 1797-1826 (fol. 25).
- Pegge, Samuel, Aug. 13, 1777 (fol. 82).
- Pennant, Thomas, July 7, 1776 (fol. 87).
- Pinkerton, John, two, 1802-11 (fol. 104).
- Polwhele, Richard, two, 1804-16, with a poem (fol. 118).
- (Papers relating to a challenge sent by the earl of Pomfret (i.e. George Fermor, d. 1785): fol. 123).
