Notes on English sovereigns and princes from Hen. VIII to James II, by archbp. Sancroft, partly from the Registers of the Privy Council. Among the papers are:

  1. (p. 23) a French letter from Estienne Pasquier to qu. Elizabeth, 28 Apr. 1602, presenting a book;
  2. (p. 25) extracts from two letters about K. James I sent by -- Fontenay to Mary queen of Scots and Claude Nau, 15 Aug. 1584;
  3. p. 39) a confession by qu. Katherine Howard, from an original owned by sir William Cook;
  4. (p. 49) a letter from prince Henry to his father, 5 Oct. 1612.

(pp. 53-end) are blank.
