Two lists of English Sermons to be found in the Bodleian Library, arranged according to the verse of the Bible commented on. It is a more careful and better arranged transcript than MS. Bodl. 657, made in about 1705, with additions to 1712.

As comparatively few early sermons are to be found, the work was probably intended to supplement and continue John Verneuil's Index Interpretum (Oxf. 1635).

The author is known from entries in old catalogues to be 'Mr [Joseph] Crabb' (under-librarian of the Bodleian, who died in July 1712).
