'A Parliament houlden att Westminster Anno Caroli Regis 3° begininge the xxvijth [sic] day of March and ended the xxvjth June, 1628, a journal, with table of contents.' This volume is described in vol. xlii of the Archæologia (1869), p. 1, with extracts.

Custodial History
On the inner front cover is an unsigned pencil note 'From Lord Somers Library having passed into his private Secretarys possession & from him to his family', early 19th cent. (?): at about that date it belonged to 'Wm. Milbourne.'
