They hope all those into whose hands it may fall will lose no time in forwarding PETITIONS TO THE QUEEN". The leaflet includes a memorial already forwarded to the Queen by inhabitants of the City of Dublin following a meeting held in the Royal Exchange, 13 Oct. 1841 (signed by the Chairman of the meeting, James Haughton). The leaflet calls for an end to the opium war with China.
