This part of the collection (D9 / 1-7) consists of carbon copies of the letters sent out by the Society between 1940 and 1947. In the first five boxes they are arranged alphabetically within the date limits of the box; in the last two boxes they are arranged in chronological order between 1945 and 1947 and numbered.
