- (fols. 13-22, 29-59) extracts from Johnston's manuscripts, 17th and 18th century;
- (fols. 63-96) lists of incumbents and patrons of parishes in the archdeaconry of York, compiled from Torre's manuscripts, 18th century;
- (fols. 106-118) printed pieces, 18th century, including (fols. 114-15) John Burton's Queries in order to shew the geography, history and antiquities of the county of York [1755].
