A transcript of books v and vi of Burnet's History of my own Time , written in the first half of the 18th century
A transcript of books v and vi of Burnet's History of my own Time (here entitled 'History of his own Time'), apparently a later recension than the printed text, perhaps corrected by sir Thomas Burnet.
The first words are 'In the prosecution of this work' instead of 'I now begin.' The volume ends abruptly with 'more especially of the' (catchword, confessors), as at p. 540 of vol. iv of the Oxford edition of 1833, in the character of James ii.
