Dr. Hody's 'Collectanea ex codd. MSS. ad Convocationes et Parliamenta maxime spectantia. Liber notatus A:' the extracts are chiefly from Lambeth MSS. Fols. 384v, 387-447, 461-470, 473-481 contain 'a History of the Transactions in the Convocation of 1700/1' [6 Feb. 1700/1-24 June, 1701], taken from the mouths of Dr. Trimnel and Mr. Floyd; and several other letters and papers about this Convocation are in the volume, from John Strype, Edm. Gibson and others: and at fol. 491 a Latin treatise on Parliament, beg. '1. De gradibus Parliamenti ... Rex est caput.'.
