Made up of two MSS. (A, B):
A. Written in about A.D. 1000:
- Fol. 1v. 'Somnium Scipionis. M. Tulli Ciceronis excerptum ex libro vi. de Re publica': preceded by a short account of Scipio (beg. 'Dudum inter Chartaginenses')
- On fol. 1 are some 11th cent. excerpts about (1) the Muses (beg. 'Dicuntur secundum fabulas'), (2) Noah's ark (beg. 'Octo hominum anime') with a diagram of the ark, (3) the 'Septem Sapientes' of Greece
- Fol. 5v. 'Incipit Commentum Macrobii Ambrosii in Somnium Scipionis': with coloured and uncoloured diagrams
- At fol. 45 the style changes from single to double columns
B. Written in the 10th cent.: in double columns:
- Fol. 51. 'Macrobii Theodosii uiri clarissimi et illustris Conuiuiorum primi diei Saturnaliorum liber incipit': ends in iii.
- 'Proprie dici θεους μεγαλους οεους χρησ, ' no more having been written
- This part was written by three scribes concurrently, the first writing fols. 51-66, 83-end, the second fols. 67-74, the third fols. 75-82
- On fol. 51 is 'Liber sancti Vincentii [Metensis] studio & dono fratris Azekini. sub uinculo anathematis' (11th cent.?)
- A facsimile of fol. 94r is in R. Ellis's XX Facsimiles from Latin MSS. (Oxf. 1891)
