A treatise concerning the Nobility according to the lawes of England. Beg. "Of the Nobilitie of England in generall. As in man's bodie foll' the preservation of the whole." The work treats on all degrees of the Baronage, their privileges, etc. and is ascribed in MS. coli. Regin. cxxiv. to M. B. Other copies occur in the same library, MSS. cxxxv. clxii. and in Exeter college, MSS. ci. cxx. The last two chapters contain, Precedents of the style and addition of Oonsanguineus noster, and of Dilectus et Fidelis noster.
