Collection of three English MSS:

  1. About 1670, (fol. 2). 'The declaratyon made by John Fortescu knight uppon certen writings sent out of Scotland agenst the Kings tytle to his Realme of England', partly collated with a copy belonging to Dr. Dodwell
  2. 1677, (fol. 30). '... A general collection of all the Offices of England ... with the fees and allowances ...' Copied in 1677 'out of sr ... [shorthand] old coppy.' Given to Cherry by Leigh Attwood, 'qui ex bibliotheca nuperi Comitis de Anglesey illum emebat.' The Anglesey sale was in 1686
  3. About 1620-30, (fol. 70). 'The Earle of Deuonshire. His Apollogie for His Marriage' with lady Rich, 1606
