Two MSS:

  1. Fol. 5. A defence of the Cup not being allowed to laymen at the Holy Communion: beg. 'The truthe of goddes holy worde.' Hearne (Diary, 19 Sept. 1708) asserts that it is 'throughout corrected with Henry VIII's own hand.'
  2. Fol. 32. 'Continet hic liber Fundationes sedum Episcopalium & Collegiorum a rege Henrico Octavo designatas anno 1539 ...', 'Hune librum mihi dono dedit cognatus meus Leigh Attwood, e bibliotheca ...
