Two MSS:
- Fol. 5. A defence of the Cup not being allowed to laymen at the Holy Communion: beg. 'The truthe of goddes holy worde.' Hearne (Diary, 19 Sept. 1708) asserts that it is 'throughout corrected with Henry VIII's own hand.'
- Fol. 32. 'Continet hic liber Fundationes sedum Episcopalium & Collegiorum a rege Henrico Octavo designatas anno 1539 ...', 'Hune librum mihi dono dedit cognatus meus Leigh Attwood, e bibliotheca ...
