A cabalistic work professing to have been revealed to Solomon and explained by 'Appolonius artium magister :' on fol. 85v, 'Explicit Ars notoria cum figuris septem artium liberalium et 7m mechanicarum et excepti[u]arum et cum figuris generalium et Theologiæ et tocius philosophiæ ... Finis per Simonem Forman 1601 the 14 of Julij anno etatis sue 49' (see MS. Ashm. 208, fol. 62v).

Another title of the work is 'Flores aurei' and Manicheus and Eudochius are mentioned as helping to compose the work. Fols. 86-95 are occupied by 'Orationes.' A few English phrases occur in the volume.
