The Hours of the Virgin Mary, according to the use of Sarum preceded by a commemoration of st. George (fol. iii), miscellaneous prayers and memoriae (fol. iiiv), etc. (fol. xi), all being additions to the original MS. and a Sarum calendar (fol. xvii), followedby:

  1. 'Salve regina' with the gloss 'Salve virgo virginum' (fol. 18)
  2. Prayers 'O intemerata' and 'Obsecro te' (fol. 21)
  3. Sequences 'Virgo templum trinitatis' and 'Omnibus consideratis' (fol. 23)
  4. The seven joys, Bede on the seven words and prayers at the elevation (fol. 26)
  5. The penitential psalms and gradual psalms (fol. 29)
  6. Litany (fol. 34)
  7. Office of the dead (fol. 37)
  8. An added prayer to st. Erasmus (fol. 54v)
  9. The psalms of the Passion (fol. 55)
  10. An added poem 'Jesu lord that madest me' (fol. 57v)

The psalter of st. Jerome (fol. 58) in which has been inserted a quire containing:

There are full-page illuminations at fols. xivv, 12v, 17v (mutilated): others have been cut out before each hour, and leaves are missing at fols. 50-1, 88-9. The calendar contains obits of the Latton family: 'memd. quod Johannes Latton armiger obiit xx° die mensis Junii anno ... 1549 et vixit 63 annos et 14 dies et sepultus est apud Blubery in comitatu Berk.', followed by the names of 16 members of the Latton family (fol. xix; cf. fols. iii, 'Thomas Latton' (15th cent.) on fols. 46, 81, and passim, 'John Phipps' (16th cent.)).
