'The Presbyterian Platforme simply sett downe' (on back), being an account under 101 heads of the Presbyterian polity and doctrine. Pref. beg. 'Like as no house' (fol. 1). Chap. 1 'Of the ministers of the straungers congregacion, in London', beg. 'Furst of all we acknowlege that the kynge's roiall maiestie' (fol. 8v). Tables of chapters, arranged alphabetically (fols. ii-iv) and under contents (fol. v-vv), have been added by a later hand.
