Indented agreement between Edmund Audley, bishop of Salisbury, and Thomas Drax, rector, and the fellows of the college of the Blessed Mary and All Saints [i.e. Lincoln college], Oxford, witnessing that the college, within six years from date, will pay annually £18 from the money (£400) which they have received (June 8, 1518) of the gift of the said bishop to buy lands 'ad emendum pannum competentem pro togis' (fol. 1v), by the hand of mr. Henry Rawlyns, in return for celebrating the bishop's obit. fols. 9-end are blank parchment.

Custodial History
A note on fol. 1 by Anthony à Wood that 'this book did without doubt belong once to Lyncolne college in Oxford', has been amplified by Barlow: 'or to the bishop of Sarum or the university chest ...'.
