Miscellaneous extracts: two from the Quarterly Review of about 1819 (fols. 3, 43), an Excommunication by St. Ernulph, bp. of Rochester, in Latin and English (fol. 12), 'The Long Pack, a tale by the Ettrick Shepherd', James Hogg (fol. 16v), and two letters printed in the Times of Nov. 26 and Dec. 11 (?), 1818, the first on Milton's supposed reflexion on Charles I for studying Shakespeare, signed T. T. (fol. 35v), the second on coffins exposed in Westminster abbey, signed X (fol. 40), etc.
