'Fyrst there shalbe a precept made by the steward of the court'; and (p. 155) notes of forms for final concords, in a legal hand of the mid-16th cent.

Custodial History

P. 159 rev. 'Hunc ego Dugdaillus presentem vendico librum, Nomine Gullielmus cui sacra Lympha dedit, in anno domino 1577.' This is the William Dugdale who was steward to Sir William Cordell.
