'Σερήνου', Written in 1704 at Paris
'Σερήνου' Αντνσέως ɸιλοσόɸον περί Kυλίνδρου τομης βιβλίον [and, fol. 36, 'περί Kώνου τομήϛ']. Ex MS. Bibliothecte Regise Parisiensis cod. 2152': emended from a collation of codd. 2714, 2719 in the same library, but without figures. The few corrections seem to be by Edm. Halley, who printed the two works from this MS. in 1710. At end:-- 'Codex hic descriptus est ... anno mdcciv et transmissus in Angliam anno mdccvi'.

Custodial History
The preface to the printed edition states that the transcript was made for, and belonged in 1710 to, dr. Henry Aldrich, dean of Ch. Ch., Oxford. In the binding are two fragments of a College buttery account of the 18th cent.
