Made up of four pieces, comprising:

  1. (fol. 2) 'Dissertatio de religione majorum Septentrionis gentium, præsertim cultu Othini [Odin], qvam ... examini subjicit Marcus Magnusen, unacum defendenti Johanne Svenonio ... 1775.'. A probably unique MS., the autograph of the author.
  2. (fol. 6) 'Dissertatio ... de incunabulis & primis augmentis religionis Christianæ in Daniæ regno, qvam ... unacum Johanne Svendsen ... defendet Marcus Magnusen ... 1776.'. A probably unique MS., the autograph of the author.
  3. (fol. 10) On the causes of the present condition of Iceland: beg. 'Mirum sane auditores.' A probably unique MS.
  4. (fol. 14) On the past and present state of Iceland. Owned by Benedict Jacobsson. A probably unique MS.

A catalogue by Magnusen, dated 1828, is in the Library, and was printed in 1832 with the title 'Catalogus...codicum cliii manuscriptorum Borealium præcipuæ Islandicæ originis, ...autcore... Finno Magnæo, Islando'.
