Short annals or notes of remarkable events (meteors, apparitions, monstrous fish, etc.) in Iceland, from 1606-1637. The catalogue of 1832 states that it is autograph of the author and both by bp. Gisli Oddsson. The subscription 'Scripsi Skalholtiæ in Islandia meridionali Anno 1637 24 Julij' is in the original hand. There is information about Greenland in many places.
