Made up of four MSS., comprising:

  1. (fol. 2) short account of the reform of the laws of Iceland, 1688-1729: by Jonas Magnusson: transcribed by Jonas Martensson in 1742
  2. (fol. 6) a leaf of another transcript of fol. 2, with notes, in the hand of Jón Olafsson.
  3. (fol. 7) an account of various abuses which have crept into the practice of Icelandic law, by Jonas Magnusson: in the hand of Jón Olafsson
  4. fol. 11) on domestic witnesses (um heimilisqvidar Vitne), by Magnus Jonsson, transcribed by Jonas Martensson in 1742.

A MS. which had not in 1832 been printed.

A catalogue by Magnusen, dated 1828, is in the Library, and was printed in 1832 with the title 'Catalogus...codicum cliii manuscriptorum Borealium præcipuæ Islandicæ originis, ...autcore... Finno Magnæo, Islando'.
