- Prol. beg. 'Circa instans negocium in simplicibus medicinis nostrum versatur propositum' (fol. 31v), beg. 'Aloe calidum est et siccum' (fol. 32); ends 'Explicit tractatus quidam phisice scriptus Exon' per manus I. Robyche. Jam summus in fine laus autori medicine' (fol. 116v)
- Preceded by the wellknown mnemonic dietary in verse entitled 'Schola Salernitana', for which see Catalogue of Royal MSS. in the British Museum, 12 B. xxiv. beg. 'Anglorum regi mittit tota scola Salerne. Si vis incolumem si vis te reddere sanum' (fol. 1)
- Also a treatise on the diseases of women, beg. 'Cum auctor vniversitatis deus in prima mundi origine' (fol. 18)
