Chartulary of lands of the Knights Templars within the preceptory of Sandford, co. Oxon., headed 'In isto libro continentur transcripta cartarum et aliorum instrumentorum balliue de Saunford, ordinata et coadunata tempore fratris Roberti de Estroppe tunc preceptoris ibidem' (fol. ivv). An original tripartite fine dated 2 John has been sewn in at fol. 75.
