The original MS. of Wood's 'Antiquities of the City of Oxford', with additions by Wood to 1691, and (fol. 372) a portion of a Latin treatise by Brian Twyne, probably belonging to MS. Twyne 18 in the Oxford University Archives.
At fol. 382 is the beginning of a later transcript. Fols. 358-9 ('Collections concerning the Jews') and fols. 368-71 ('The incorporation of the company of shoemakers') are missing. fols. 281-4 were inserted June 24, 1897.
