'The History or Annals of the University of Oxford from the time of King Alfred till A.D. 1660', by Anthony à Wood, being the English version of the Latin work published as Historia et Antiquitates, hence printed by John Gutch, 1786-90.

Includes (p. 100) a letter dated June 20, 1694, from [William] Harman, and ad init. a fragment of an earlier draft of the History (of which pp. 99 et seq. perhaps form part), bought by Philip Bliss in 1843 from mrs. Rodd.
