The roll extracted for 19 Henry ii is now classed as a Chancellor's roll.

A list of the rolls here extracted is given in the Old Catalogue. Each volume has prefixed to it an index of counties (extending only to 20 Henry iii) by Dodsworth, and an index of surnames. The index of names is in the hand of Nathaniel Johnston. It also contains at fol. v, in another hand, a list of names of barons occurring in the Pipe rolls of Henry i and ii.
