Et fu escrit en la cite de Verone por la main di Piere Schach fils au meistre Bonauenture Scach de Verone . li qiel habite en la contree de Nostre Dame sainte Marie antie . & fu comencies de escrire un di de Mars qart de Setembre. & fu par lui escrit en soisante & cinc iors seulement.' There is a church of S. Maria Antica at Verona.
'Honorat de Cucuron. Iste liber est michi nobili Johanni de Cucuron locj Mornassij [Mornas ?] ... diens', quem pater meus nobilis Honoratus de Cucuron emit et realiter soluit ... possideat in paradiso' (15th cent.: half erased):' 1493 ... Peysyr Noryt ...'.
