  4. 4 (fol. 71). 'Liber de dignitate sacerdotali diui Ambrosii Episcopi.' At fol. 87 an extract from Augustine's Soliloquia follows.

Christophori Vrswyke Wyndesore Decani: arte vero & ingenio Petri Meghen monoculi, Theutonis nacione Brabantini, oppidi Buschiducensis Leodiensis diocesis. Anno ... millesimo quingentesimo quinto [error for quarto] ... mensis Nouembris die vigesima octava ...' The arms of Urswyke are on fol. 3, cf. 42, 63.
