Legal adversaria written for, or in the hand of, Scipio Gentilis. The papers are hardly at all arranged, and largely consist of short (often fragmentary) dissertations on points of Roman or German Law, drafts of opinions in law suits, drafts of pleadings, some correspondence and the like.

Specimens include:

  2. (fol. 62) 'De judicibus et de foro competente'
