Made up of 2 MSS, (fol. 1) The Achilleis of Statius and (fol. 25) Grammatical notes beg. 'Nota quod consulo.', and comprising:
- (fol. 26v) 'Incipiunt Regule [et alia grammaticalia] Guarini Veronensis', including (fol. 35) 'Carmina differentialia Gua[rini]', on differences of meanings of Latin words
- (fol. 44v) 'Plutarcus de liberis educandis' (IIερὶ παίδων ἀγωγῆς) in Latin, with a preface by Guarini the translator
- (fol. 55)'Incipiunt Vita beati Pauli primi heremite' and (fol. 59) the Life of Malchus the captive monk, both anonymous, by St. Jerome
From an erased note on fol. 62v it seems that the volume belonged in the 16th cent. to 'Nicolo Brenzon[e].'.
