Made up of 4 MSS., comprising:
  1. (fol. 1) 'Vibij Sequestris de Fluminibus, Funtibus, Lacubus ... [etc.] liber.'.
  2. (fol. 14) 'Principium Nominum Regionum cum suis provinces xvij et cum ciuitatibus', beg. 'Lugdonum desideratum ') including (fol. 21v) 'De origine situque et qualitate urbis Rome principium.' This appears to be a brief abstract of part of the Notitia Dignitatum.
  3. (fol. 28) 'Antonij Augusti de divisione orbis principium: beg. 'Orbis a rotunditate.'.
  4. At end (fol. 52v) 'Finis Laus Deo. R. L. S., 'and 'Opus absolutum Cremonę ad petitionem Joannis Marchanouę artium & medicine doctoris p. anno d.m.cccclxo.' The arms on fols. 1, 83 appear to be those of Joannes Marchanova
  5. (fol. 53) 'Prisciani interpretatio ex Dionisio de orbis terræsitu', a poem, beg. 'Naturae genitor quę mundum continet omnem ': see no. MS. D'Orville 199, fol. 7. At end 'Opus absolutum ad petitionem 10. Marc, ar. & med. doct. p. 1465. B[ononiæ?]', see fol. 111
  6. (fol. 83) 'Calphurni poetę Bucolica...' At end 'Opus absolutum ad petitionem Joannis Marchanouę artium & medicine doctoris p. Βοηοnię [altered to 'Brixię'] Anno d.mcccclx.'
  7. (fol. 111) 'Incipit Epytoma Virgilii Maronis', a grammatical treatise in 10 chapters: beg. 'Noto proficit in polo nostro.' This is in the same hand as fol. 53. At end 'Opus absolutum ad petitionem Ioannis Marchanouæ artium et med. doct. p. anno gratiæ mo ccco lxv. bononiæ.'
  8. (fol. 141) 'Ad illustrem princ. Sigismundum Pandulfum Malatestam de miseria condicionis humanæ Poggii lib. prim. [etc.].' At end 'Opus absolutum ad petitionem Ioannis Marchanoue ar. et med. doct. p. ann. gratiæ 1465. Bononiæ.'.
On fol. 136 is a note of a disturbance in 'hoc monasterium' in 1603, and on fols. 136v-138v (fol. 137 is wanting) some Latin poems written 'a domino Joanne Francisco Niwmercato', a canon regular (16th cent.).

'Hunc librum donauit eximius artium et medicine doctor Magister loannes Marchanoua de Venetijs Congregationi Canonicorum Regularium Sancti Augustini. Ita ut tamen sit ad usum dictorum Canonicorum commorantium in monasterio Sancti Ioannis in viridario Padue. Quare omnes pro eo pie orent. M cccc lxvij.'.
