Τίτλοι ή-ιθ copied from a MS. of the Novellae of Justinian in the National Library at Paris no. cli, olim ccxxiv, a 15th cent. MS. containing 269 leaves, written in about A.D. 1700 by B. de Montfaucon ?
The first Τίτλος (fol. 130v of the Paris MS.) is 'Περί του πραίτωρος Πιυιδίας', corresponding to that generally cited as no. xxiv, the rest being xxv, xxvi, xxviii, xxix, xxxi, xxxii, xxx, xxxiii, περί τών έκδίκων, περί τών ταποτηρητών κ.τ.λ.
The first few pages are accompanied by a Latin translation. Strackhovius states that this is a 'MS. Montefalconii', which Gaisford interprets to mean that it was written by Bernard de Montfaucon.
