'Roberti Titii Burgensis Locorum controversorum posteriorum ...' libri xi-xxvii, written early in the 17th cent. in Italy
The passages discussed are all from classical authors. The first ten books were printed in 1583: this volume appears to be a copy in more than one hand, with corrections perhaps by the author.
Gaisford shows that the volume was brought from Italy by Henricus Brencmannus, at the sale of whose books it was bought by D'Orville.
