beg. 'Auernus lacus' and proceeds in alphabetical order of the first letter to 'Vitare est cauere differunt. lucre, in. vj. Et esse plus uitare quod cauendum maxime', then (fol. 64v) 'Hec sequentia licet non ex Nonio Marcello sint non tamen omnino renuenda sunt', followed by explanations of Usquequo and Usquequaque, then 'Explicit Nonius Marcellus Ferarie die xxvij decembris. 1427. Ad Portam Gusmarie.'.
On fol. 1 is a coat of arms, azure between six stars or a stone argent, thereon two rings.
