Part of a Manual according to the use of York: it begins in a litany in the Benedictio fontium and (fol. 6v), Baptismal service, imperfect at end: then follow:

  1. Fol. 8. the Ordo sponsalium (imperfect at beginning)
  2. 'Ordo visitandi infirmum uel ungendi' (fol. 19)
  3. 'De modo dicendi exequias defunctorum' (fol. 29: a leaf is missing after fol. 35)
  4. At end 'Explicit Manuale secundum vsum Eborum ? Ebor (acensem)
