Yorkshire collections made by Thomas Beckwith, of York, in about 1755-90, all bearing his armorial bookplate (see MS. Gough Yorkshire 23). (Sir Thomas Widdrington's) 'Analecta Eboracentia or some remains of the ancient city of York, collected by a citizen of York', copied by Beckwith from an autograph first draught in 1774-5 (see p. 193), with an appendix of lists of officers, historical events, etc., to 1700 (1786), chiefly copies by Beckwith, with short general index.
