'The true coppy of a collection made by mr. Joseph Holland in ... 1584: of coates & armes nowe and aunciently borne by Noblemen and Gentlemen within the counties of Somersett, Devon & Cornewall, the 25 of March 1597' and also:
- A large number of arms, coloured, from church windows etc., with several Holland arms, and an index
- A valuable collection
- On fol. iv is a coat, quarterly first and fourth or on a chief gules two mullets sable, second and third barry of six gules and argent a bend argent, over all a martlet for difference: with motto 'Fides non festinate.'
