- Fol. 4. A parchment record, written in about the middle of the 15th century, entitled 'Tutbury. In quodam libro vocato le Cowcher remanente infra castrum ibidem inter alia continetur sic. Alderwaslegh etc. Rentale ibidem factum et renouatum ... virtute literarum domini Regis patencium ...' (4 Feb. 1415). This is apparently a rental of part of the honour of Tutbury (liberi tenentes, tenentes ad voluntatem, and tenentes in bondagio)
- Fol. 18. Court rolls of the manor of Beacham's, or Beauchamp's, in Bunwell and Carlton Rode (and Windham), 1627-41, with verdicts of the manor, etc., on paper
