Norfolk collections by the rev. Francis Blomefield. 'Liber collationum: sive collationes e libris diversis pergamenis & papyraceis MSS... in custodia hominum diversorum collatae et scriptae per me Franciscum Blomefield ... 1725.'

These are Norfolk notes from all sources, charters, abbey cartularies, heraldic collections etc. in private hands, especially in the possession of Thomas Martin of Palgrave, who eventually owned the book. There appears to be no index.
